1. About Suri & Huacaya
Suri & Huacaya is an Andean-inspired luxury brand offering scarves, shawls, hats, accessories, gifts, and other pieces featuring natural fibers including Alpaca, Suri Alpaca, Vicuña, wool, silk, linen, and selected fiber blends.
Certain pieces may incorporate Andean fibers alongside materials produced or processed in Italy or other locations. Product-specific material composition and origin information is provided where applicable.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you use the Website on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Because many of our products use natural fibers and may involve artisanal or small-scale production, variations in color, texture, weave, dimensions, finish, and other characteristics may occur. These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily defects.

Suri & Huacaya products may contain natural materials including Alpaca, Baby Alpaca, Suri Alpaca, Vicuña, sheep’s wool, silk, linen, and other fibers.
The specific composition of a product should be determined from the information accompanying that particular product rather than from general descriptions elsewhere on the Website.
Natural fibers can exhibit variations that contribute to the individual character of a piece.
5. Vicuña Product
Vicuña is a protected wild species, and trade in Vicuña fiber and products containing Vicuña may be subject to national and international wildlife regulations.
Suri & Huacaya LLC seeks to offer Vicuña products through lawful supply chains and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Certain Vicuña products may be subject to documentation, labeling, import, export, transportation, or other regulatory requirements depending upon the product and destination.
Customers are responsible for complying with any import restrictions or requirements applicable in their jurisdiction when purchasing products for international delivery.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is permitted by applicable law.

Certain Suri & Huacaya pieces may be produced in limited quantities.
When a specific edition size or production quantity is stated, we endeavor to ensure that the representation accurately reflects the applicable product or collection.
Limited availability does not guarantee future value, collectability, appreciation, or resale value.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content—including the Suri & Huacaya name, logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, designs, product names, written content, page layouts, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Suri & Huacaya LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
